Sellers - It's your house, your investment. You are paying the commission for both parties.  What are getting for that commission?  I promise you a unique package putting YOU at the center of the deal. As the Real Estate Market "cools down", you might want to consider someone like me who can "market" real estate. You should try reading my "Now is the Best Time to Sell" article along with the "Double-Ending" warning listed below. 

Remember,  the one-time IRS deduction is "only" $250,000 for a singleperson, and $500,000 for married. Many of you have far exceeded these amounts. I know many ways to deal with this, and in some of the ways, you don't have to sell your home. If you don't have to sell your home, you don't have to pay a commission. That is another reason why you should contact me 

Buyers
- In the last couple of months, there were houses in Berkeley that sold at and below asking price, and other houses sold for under $400,000. One deal got the buyer a $20,000 cash money credit at close of escrow. These were not "Contractor's Specials". They weren't charming or restored, but they were livable and in Berkeley Proper. If you need to own a home, I have proven methods, as my Accomplishments section illustrates.

You deal directly with an agency owner when you work with me because I am a Broker of Record. Besides all the things I talk about on this website, I have been contacted and approved by a wholesale lender. Bottom line, I still charge, at most, the same as everybody else. It's just that I feel I am able to deliver more for your real estate dollar.

Even though I adhere to all the above standards, I retain tremendous freedom and leeway when it comes to you and your individual needs.  I get to make rules based on my experience and education that are best for you, my client.

My website has  the "bells and whistles" of other companies. However, I've structured my site for you.  It requires far less personal information, and is extremely "user friendly". The best example is that you don't have to register with me in order to use my "property search", or lending tools. The site is always open. In theory, you could find and finance a home before we ever meet in person. However, I prefer to treat my clients as I do members of my family (that's a good thing).

I update my website frequently, so that I may be worth another look before you make your final choice.
